Applypanonline.com — cancel and refund of request

I applied for pan card creation on applypanonline.com. But i come to know that they are charging 3 times more than government site. They have provided option for cancel request and get refund. I done the same and generated a ticket for refund. Every time their executive close my ticket with any information.30 days gone, but still not get refund and no confirmation.
Applypanonline.com is fraud site, never apply for pan card through this site.
