Apps Daily — insurance claim not taken account of

I tried reaching the insurance company 2 years back and since then there is no revert. I lost my phone while i was traveling, it was stolen. It was under intimation number ad_d_130815_2694240 from apps daily. I was made sure during the purchase of insurance all damage and lost will be taken care of, but then when i lost my phone the message did not reach the server for they have shut the id specified.

There is no revert neither from appsdaily nor consumer complaint. I know this is what one can expect from indian system and a so called assured company
