Dear sir/madam,

I, govind mandade, my CIN no. is PDAPR04563, i uploaded all the necessary documents on your website, my insured cellphone has been damged physically but your company(appsyouneed) is rejecting my claim and making me responsible for the damage..
i contacted national consumer forum also and raised a complaint with docket no.235618.
kindly accept my claim and process further as soon as possible otherwise i should have to take legal action against your company...
