My claim was approved. However they were not able to repair my phone and said that phone is out of economic repair for just a screen repair. Then confirmed that I will be receiving a cheque for the claim and all accessories and original bill and a canceled cheque was collected in march 2017 and after that till today I have not received the cheque. They are not even responding now. This whole drama started in December and almost 6 months are about to complete, I just keep on following for there lame responses

Mene apna phone apps you need me diya tha or ino ne mujhe btaya ki apka phone repair nhi ho payga or total loss me h or apko cheque ke zrei pese milege or islie hi mne apne lie ek new phone le lia tha pr inone mujhe phone repair krke de diya to me iska kya kru bolo ab mjhe phone nhi chahie mjhe sirf refund chahie bss vrna me case krdunga
