My claim was approved in february my phone (Iphone 6s) was declared as total loss. I have given original invoice, charger, usb cable, headphone and mobile box to courier boy. Now here is the problem start they start mailing me that please send us your original bill. I have the recieving of all the things given by me still claim cheque has not been processed. I tried to call customer care but its always busy. No response online. Its already eight months i am waiting
