My claim no. Is dfeb17305 I was having iphone6s which i bought in march 2016 and it got broken in january but my claim was processed in february after that in may i recieved a message that my phone is declared as total loss so please provide original box, original accessories, original invoice and cancelled cheque. I did as they said and i have original recieving of a courier boy who recieved all this from me. Now the new problem arise is that they again asked for a original invoice now tell me how this is possible because i have proof that i provided original bill. No one is picking my. Phone no response online nothing. I am upset still waiting for my claim cheque. Its already 9 months. What the hell is that. Its a fraud company. Never ever get fooled by them... I had claimed the insurance amount (CIN T[protected]) for my lost iphone. I had submitted all documnets and handset accessories in January. Till date I have received no update regarding claim processing and cheque. I have raised complaint many time on the dashboard but claims are always in pending state. When I call tollfree number it always says all our lines are busy and disconnects the call.

This is a fraud company. These guys makes false promises, never ever use services provided by appsuneed.
Can you tell me how to take legal actions against appsuneed?
