I am a lawyer I would address this issue in Consumer court If you will cheat people like this. My claim is genuine and I bought it two months back, and if you will not give in insurance then whats the logic of buying an insurance,

Please give your office address as I am unable to find it on your website and your customer care people are also not providing the same.

Apps You Need Customer Care's response Dear Claimant,

As per FIR & claim incident report the incident was happened on 27.02.17, & the FIR was registered on 09.03.17, & the complain was generated on 10.03.17, So the FIR was registered before Complain generation, which is not acceptable. As per policy claimant have to generate and intimate about incident within 48 hours. Hence case is repudiated.
