[Resolved] Apps You Need — Mobile insurance malpractice by apps you need | |||||
Dear concerned, I had purchased a oppo f1 plus with insurance provided by apps you need a tpa of new india assurance, covering through any damage. On 29.05.17 my phone had undergone a physical damage (Screen crack) amd on that very day i had uploaded my claim documents as instructed by apps you need and they have provided a tat of 7 days to approve/disapprove my claim, which they failed and on intervention of new india assurance they have approved my claim on 09.06.17 and as per the policy my device was collected by a courier agency. On launching several complaint they 22nd june they have stated the quoted “in your handset the internal parts is heavily damage due to the shortage of the parts in the service centre bit delay is going on”, but i have confirmed the same was a forged lie as on contacting to all the authorized service center of oppo in and around delhi/ ncr all the service centers have confirmed that the spare part of oppo f1 plus (Screen panel and other supporting parts) are available. Upon asking the company to share the authorized service center detail where the phone has been sent they are not sharing the details and over and above all these they have crossed the tat under which they should have repaired my phone.
