Sir. I purchased a insurance from the new india assurance co. At the time of purchase of mobile. Within one year my mobile has been damages. I apply for claim. On april 2017 my mobile has been declared as a total loss and my insurance has been approved for claim. But still my cheque is not received. Its more than a year passed. There is no reply from any one. So kindly please look in that matter.
