I bought a new phone and insured my phone from the company name apps you need for 6000 rupees. Now i want to claim my insurance and no one from the company is picking up the call and not even answering. These companies act like fraud and i hope ICC would take some action and help me to get claim. I have called them several times and all time they say that there employees are busy.
