[Resolved] Apps You Need — No status on phone claim | |||||
I had bought a mobile phone samsung j7 dated 7/9/2016. At the time of purchase i have also insured the phone for accidental damage with apps you need company. My phone got damaged and i applied for claim dated 15/09/2016. Initially they have taken the phone . On enquiring with this company multiple time i came to know phone is getting repaired later they have replied as the phone can not be repaired so they want to refund money for that they want all accessories which have been given with the phone and a cross cheque for money refund. I have given all that. Now it is almost 3 month i am not getting any update. I did not get my phone neither money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
