Apps You Need — not getting my claim as well as not getting in contact with company customer care

I have purchased iphone 6 last year.in last month i suffered road accident, my phone screen get damaged and phone stops working, on very next day of accident on 19th oct 2017 i register my claim my cin is pdoct19451, on 28th oct 2017 my insurance got expired, i have been tried to reach their custmer care since 21st oct 2017, but there is no any response from them, they are not getting connected, every time their tele-recording says that all reprentative are busy plz call later and they cuts the phone, i am getting very disturbed, very poor custmer care service
