My complaint number is pdjul19532 with appsuneed
For my iphone 7 plus of jul 2017.
Now 54 days over from claim and mabile handset with them through their tiedup delivery courier service.
All the documents i have and several email on their support /escalation number i mailed but no reply so far.
They have very poor customer care and number [protected] reply most of the time about non availability of free executives.
Very poor service and they are eating money by smartphone insurance. Kindly help i ma waiting for nest 4-5 days then book fir against the director of yms mobitech with ig cybre cell bhopal. And send one court forgery notice to yms mobitech and national insurance company cmd
