My phone HTC 620 G got damaged and I have got my complain id, when i went to submit the phone at centre in Virar, Shop 8 Ali Plaza Vartak raoad Virar west on Monday, they said that cartridge is empty plz come on Wednesday, as I m working i asked them if my dad will come with all docs nd phone will they accept it, they said yes but when my dad went on wdnesday they said again cartridge problem also I have to b der not my dad, applause for apps daily team for harrasing customer nd making loot. today is the last date 6 jan 2016 and i cant reach now as i rely on their word.

Very poor service for Apps Daily Insurance. I am following for last one Month (from 15 Feb my phone is not working). On 10 Mar I am asked to visit Apps daily service center in Aurangabad. When I visited she said I have to pay 500 Rs for Processing fees, after 30 Mins of that the jobsheet will be generated. She sent me the job she on 15 March, where I signed and sent back immediately. Now when I ask her status of my phone she says it will take 21 days. It is ridiculous, first one month no action now 21 days. Apps daily is waste of time and money. I wont recommend any of my friends to opt this option.

Sir I want to ensure my mobile with your company ..since my friend told me that your company is trustable... But sir I didn't found ur any office in Bhopal... Sir please tell me the address of office in bhopal
