Loan amount 17000/-, purchased date 25th oct'16. I have purcahsed the phone on said date & last night my phone got damaged there back case damaged and front screen stop not working . I would request you to please suggest me that how can i take claim from you because a agenda for insurance of any product to be on safe but as per distributor words and statements he is denying to resolve issue
