I was lost my phone on 5th july 2017 in rambagh agra uttar pradesh. My galaxy s7 edge purchase date of insurance issue by 11/08/2016 in galaxy world in dehradun uttrakhand.

I'm already resister on fir on 05/07/2017 itimad-ud-daulah thana rambagh agra uttar pradesh and send a courier fir copy and phone billing mumbai head office on 07/07/2017.
Sir my courier have received on 10th july 2017 regarding this help as soon possible to contact me because ur customer care no is not reachable and switch off.
