Appsdaily — Mobile received in dead condition | |||||
I have paid rs.2500/- to buy insurance and rs.1500/- for claim. 1 months back i claimed for my damage phone samsung a8. I had follow all process of appsdaily for claim also mentioned that phone is working only display got cracked. Till the phone reach to appsdaily service center i got all update on mail/sms. After that there were on updates from appsdaily even i tried to call customer care operator but never able to connect them. I post complaint on their facebook page. So within 2 days i got my phone back but not with letter & it says unrepaired due to non - availability of part. But my phone's display is changed with worst one which in 100% not my one. My phone's cracks we can feel with our hands but current display we can see cracks inside the glass & not even we can feel. Even now my phone is at dead condition. Whenever i trying to charged it phone got very like fire within 5 min. It is very clear that appsdaily done wrong and unethical practice with me.
