Hello I have given my phone to your company 4 months ago in January from then my phone has gone under total loss for which the company is going to give me the claim . on website I keep on checking after every 4-6 days only the date is got increased . My customers mobile phone stolen which claim ID is 2805645 not received any claim yet.as he fulfilled all formalities before six months.I am been called for that matter by local police also.customer care tells that process is going on.there is no any deadline for that.requesting you to settle that claim .
