This is to bring in your notice that an apple i phone 6s 64 gb gold (Imei nu [protected]) was purchased from saluja electronics with add:- g-50, sec-18, noida on 9 june 2016, at the very same time the insurance of the same was done by the store only with company apps daily under platinum plan for which a premium of rs 4999/- was paid. At that time the store manager assured us of the prompt service of the claim settlement of the insurance company. Due to a minor accident this phone got damaged and as per the terms of insurance policy i applied for the claim of the same through their online portal with claim nu adn_280517_[protected]. To get the claim process initiated they asked to make a payment of rs 3240/- which was done to them on 2 june 2017. After the confirmation from their end regarding the payment recd they informed us regarding the dispatch of packing kit from their end on 7 jun in which they asked to send the phone and required documents back to them for further processing. Acc to the instructions we booked the pickup of the same on 16 jun and they again confirmed the same through mail and got the same picked up from my address on 17 jun through fedex courier service for which we have the receiving as well of the person who collected the same. (Rakesh upadhyay [protected]) On 21 june i again received a confirmation mail from them stating that the phone has been received at their service centre for further processing, after that i am continuously chasing those people for the revert but none is received. The number mentioned on mails and on their website is either switched off or always gives the message of lines busy. When contacted with the dealer in noida in the month of june itself he stated that the company has got shut down three months back but then how come they are taking the claim request from customers. I have been forwarding mails on ids claims. [protected]@appsdaily.in, [protected]@appsdailyworld.com, [protected]@appsdailyworld.com but the mails are getting bounced from all the ids and the surprising thing is that till 21st june i was getting the revert from claims.
