Appsdaily — Not get my phone back submitted to company for repair

Company ensure their customers to repair their phone within 21 days of their submition to company care but still i am not getting my phone back and still not able to connect to company...
Till trying to their care number but no customer care service man respond to call and call automatically disconnected...
I request you to resolve my complaint and give my phone back...
Rather i wanna go to consumer court...
