Want to bring to ur notice that i received my mobile (Samsung s7 edge) set 40 days after i send it across to apps daily office.. Unrepaired... When i had sent it, it's screen was damaged, now when it is returned/unrepaired... Its condition is.. The screen is broken as well as it is not turning on even on charging. I strongly suspect... That the mobile has been tampered with and some part has been stolen for sure... As according to what they (Apps daily) say.. That the part was not available to be repaired so we are sending it unrepaired.. Then the mobile should have been returned within a maximum time frame of 21 days as promised by them and their employee (Mr. Sukhwant. [protected]) whose mobile no. Is intractable now... I have paid total rs 5400/- to apps daily (Rs2000/- insurance amount + 3400/- as additional charges demanded by them). I got the message...
I feel totally helpless and demand an explanation... They (Appsdaily) are responsible and should get my phone repaired through their local dealer.. Or person.. Why should i be harassed. It is their duty... I need an explanation or would be going to consumer court...
(Earlier i got this message 40 days back when i had sent my mobile for repair..

Please call us on [protected] for any queries...) i have suffered for 40 days... With no intimation being provided... There is no accountability... They should be reading my phone by some of their executives... And should give an explanation for tjis unnecessary delay of 40 days (Nothing being done) and now again they ask me to get it repaired by myself... And it is not even turning on.. As it has been tampered and its parts have been stolen...
They are a fraud company and strict action needs to be taken...

Want to bring to ur notice that I hurt my Samsung S7 Edge mobile insured by paying Rs.2200/- to Appsdaily . Later it's screen got damaged and an additional Rs 3400/- was demanded ( by Appsdaily) which I paid and sent my phone for repair. Later after 40 days I received my mobile UNREPAIRED. ... When I had sent it, it's screen was damaged, now when it is RETURNED/UNREPAIRED...Its Condition is even worse .. The screen is broken As well as it is NOT TURNING on even on charging. I strongly suspect... That the mobile has been tampered with and some part has been stolen for sure...

On enquiring the part (screen of Mobile) is not available at Samsung service station, butveuth the local retailer, but why are they not allowing the repair through the local retailer and Harassing..
I NEED AN EXPLANATION OR WOULD BE GOING TO CONSUMER COURT...

Need ANSWER/EXPLANATION for all these issues... Which strongly raise suspicion for gross wrong doing..
1) After charging Rs.2200/- for insurance of mobile.. Why was then an additional amount Rs.3400/- charged, when mobile was to be sent for repair. (not told earlier).
2) After receiving the mobile, One messes was sent (on 4/3/17) but after that no intimation was sent forth 40 odd days (it was told that mobile would be sent within 21 days repaired or otherwise)
3) When mobile was later sent after 40days (after repeated mails/demands), it was NOT EVEN STARTING UP (While the main issue was of the BROKEN screen ).This clearly points out that it was TAMPERED with and some parts were stolen?/damaged.
4) There is no ACCOUNTABILITY and the clients kept IN DARK, with no clue as to what is happening.
5) If the mobile part(screen) was not available, then why not... The mobile was sent across early, but UNEXPLAINED HASSESSMENT was caused and Client had to suffer.
6) Even after sending back the mobile NO EFFORT was made to ask and help the client, which clearly points to WRING DOING AND TAMPERING being done.
7) Earlier the concerned person from Appsdaily (who did the insurance) Mr. Sukhwant (mob. No. [protected] from Panchkula ) was answering the call.But all of a sudden his no. is NOT REACHABLE and the client is helpless and clueless. This also points to his being party to GROSS WRONG DOING/NEGLIGENCE.
8) Kindly note that I am Doctor(Consultant Plastic Surgeon -Dr Harpreet Bakshi, In a Reputed Hospital (Alchemist hospital), with a very busy Work schedule, which has suffered a lot since last 40-45 days and the Main purpose behind this insurance(Spending extra money) was to avoid that. For this span, I had to purchase another phone (vivo phone) for my daily routine (as carrying a phone/receiving emergency calls from hospital is an essential professional requirement.)
9)The damaged part is not available at the Samsung service centre, but with the retailer, but why they are not allowing it to be repaired there and causing further HASSESSMENT.

I got my s6 edge insured but now apps daily is nether reverting back nor fixing it up.
Totally a group of crooks.
I paid excess amount of 3200 but to no avail.
Handset instead of repairing has been more damaged by these crooks.

Mera phone jo ki appsdailly se inssurance tha damage ho gaya jiski complennt no. ADN_080217_[protected] he 8 feb se abhi tk solve nahi hui he .agar 3days me solve nahi kiya to legal karywahi karne ko majbur hona padega.
