Appsdaily — Status regarding Samsung Galaxy A8; ADN-C[protected] | |||||
I have submitted my Samsung Galaxy A8 (Golden Color) phone to AppsDaily Pune (Patil Plaza) office on 21st Dec'16 for repair/reimbursement, vide above referred ADN number, which was insured by AppsDaily. Since then I have not recieved any status report on repair of my phone. I have been assured by Apps Daily that I would get my phone repaired within 21 days or will be reimbursed for the same, if repair is not possible. Also, when visited their Pune branch I was assured of regular updates on alternate Phone or otherwise, which was totally neglected by the company. AppsDaily customer care/branch person is not responding even when contacted from our side, time and again. When I could get through their customer care person he informed me that it may take another month or so to know the status. This is not acceptable to any genuine customer like me. As I have come to Pune on temporary basis and will have to leave Pune earliest I needed my phone back within stipulated time as assured. Request for the necessary guidance on the same.
