I have been running behind my mobile insurance since 4months. Due to accidental breakage, I had been waiting for the insurance amount since 4months. Earlier apps daily approved a specific amount for the repairing of the breakage, but, when sent to the service centre, a new estimated amount was given by them which was again sent to your headoffice. And was said that the amount will be sent to the bank account by first week of December, 2016, but haven't been received till now. Was this information helpful? | |||

Jan 09, 2017 kesavakumar's response Hai i am send my complaint copy .. i am using vivo y 51lL last month my phone display was damaged . i am submit the phone and document 02.12.2016 to claim in connection point salem tamilnadu my intimation id;ADN[protected] but till date 09.01.2017 no answer in ur side my phone ready or not. tell me the details. | |||
