[Resolved]  Appsquadz — Appsquadz not finishing the mobile application procedures no quality

Dear Akosha team,

my name is Gerhard Drobits, I am Austrian having a british company and working in mobile business I started to have a contract with Appsquadz in Noida, main responsible is Prasanth Singh and Nit Navodit,

I started the application mobile project with appsquadz in noida outside delhi in december 2015 and we had in the beginning much work and it was fruitful. till april we developed 4 milestones, communication was good and all deliverables and project guildelines and timings worked out. One woman which is now an exemployee still has contact to me and she works external, she didnt get paid so she left the company but she was responsible for quality, so after she and another It Management Women left the quality became worse or there was no checking of the product anymore so they sent me a total misguided product which is now nothing worth at this moment, but I paid the completion and still nothing was done.

But than in end of june completely all stopped. some employee left and the quality went done and nobody contacted me and nothing happened for 4-5 weeks. only because I started to contact a european application platform called appfutura which helped me to get them back to work on it.

I repeat again I paid about 2500 euro and my current charge is on them about 4000 euro and my product called baccoon which is a mobile application for second hand market.

I repeatedly wrote, and asked for the M6 they send me I have a proof totally faulty product, wrong programming, missing one screen which we agreed on, there were 24 screens now there are only 23 and several loader faults and other testing issues we found out. So they started to make an app M6 milestones which was terrible in the quality I send it back and SINCE THAN NOTHING HAPPENED ONLY THE FOLLOWING:

1) you don't follow any project management guidelines anymore by providing any dates
2) there are no dates mentioned no any dates proposed for actual finishing the project
3) there are no deliverables anymore send or proposed and mentioned
4) whereas I am not responsible for your shortage of personal when we started the project
this is the duty of the project development provider of the project to provide sufficient and professional personal staff
5) There are no further dates or appointment scheduled just some short email telling that somebody is sick or you haven't any personal staff
6) since 3 month already in delay our working relationship is not giving any fruits or merit o[censored]seful functional applications anymore
7) Cooperation is only working by holding me in the queue as it is since several weeks like this

So I started to complain but I dont get any answer on the internet, skype, email or anything else. Till now I dont know what and when I will get my final product completed. They repeatedly kept me in the dark not telling when or how nothing.

So I wrote to them this:

we can't continue like this anymore I am pretty fad up with current project management we have to find now a solution.
I am continously writing to Nit and again I don't get a date and deliverables nor any mentioning of when the deliverables will be send.

I need a date, time of delivery if you have.
I summarize:
Our working relationship has some difficulties:
1) you don't follow any project management guidelines anymore by providing any dates
2) there are no dates mentioned no any dates proposed for actual finishing the project
3) there are no deliverables anymore send or proposed and mentioned
4) whereas I am not responsible for your shortage of personal when we started the project

In order to find out if this working relationship has still some worth I would order you to send me against value the source code, since I am better off if I finish the project with an AVAILABLE TEAM. Thats why I would consider to pay you an amount against first seeing what the source code, documents and database structure of Baccoon is valid in order to evaluate the current M5 milestone and project which you send me in june, since than no further useful update.
This would give me an relief and you would be better off of getting ride of a project which you can't handle out of your shortage of personal. So I order you to send me the source code against a valuable amount after having seen it and we could finish off our working relationship which is currently not working for me.
If I don't get any useful answer from you I understand that you are willingly trying to violate international rules and procedures.
You should send an answer.
I need a date, time of delivery if you have.
