I have samsung NOTE 5, at the time of purchase the dealer briefed about the insurance part and insisted to go for apps youneed. The value of handset is Rs.56500 and insurance was done for rs.2600.00. after around 6 months, the screen of my mobile was damaged and i filed a claim. After repeated follow, the fellow who came to pick the damage mobile, didn't had any of his identity proof with him. On confirming his ID, he left the handset along with the claim form and ran away from there.
