Dear sir /madam,

I purchased an handset e 484 micromax canvass from mobi'zz (anand mobile arena) invoice no.13245th july16 with imei #[protected] in rs 14500.00 and insurance from aun (appsyouneed-yms mobitech pvt ltd, a 97, sector 64, noida, uttar pradesh 201301) from same shop via invoice #83 with tr id 38781
& lghtku4931.

This mobile got damaged second time on
Brief of incidance :- on 9th of jan2017 5.10pm while i was walking and phone was in my right hand from home's service road to near vicinity. an activa hit me from back and mobile fall down on road and its screen was damaged.
As per process & olicy :reported same to appsyouneed on their mail & phone no. [protected]@appsyouneed.in
[protected] days a week, 9am to 8pm)
Today got an message that my claim rejected on the ground of sign mismatch with previous claim sign.

I would like to say i am live annd in front of any official company or govt can proove my self that i am the insurer and claiment non other.
My claim should be passed and should give me proper solution by changing the handset or changing scree of cost compansation in liue.
