Sir i 775891-s ex sgt prawin kumar, holding pli policy no. Aps[protected]a. I surrendered my policy on 7 apr 2018 through 686 field post office pin-900686 c/o 56 apo with original bond paper and all document demanded by 686 fpo. I talked twice in the month of june 18 to aps. But i didn't get my amounts in my account till today. Kindly do some needful and transfer my amount. My mo. No.-[protected]. Thank you.

Sir, please create a use id in https://pgportal.gov.in/ and select ''Department of Ex Servicemen Welfare" as the channel under which you register your complaint. Action will be taken within 6o days. That is absolutely sure. There is no meaning in sending mails or trying to contact over telephone. They simply wont respond.
I was not able to pay my pli premium after retirement from IAF and i complained to PG Portal after the FPO in Kannur in Kerala was shut down and the denial of local post offices to collect pli premium because we are coming under APS PLI. I was given the option of paying online through https://www.epostoffice.gov.in/ by APS after the intervention of the officers concerned at pgportal. From Feb 2018 to May 2018, i was able to pay online but now they have removed the option of paying online also from JUne 2018 onwards. I waited a month and have filed again on https://pgportal.gov.in/ .
Do write in detail regarding what had happened in your case so that the concerned officer at CPGRAMS can question and issue directions to APS Directorate .

I am really astonished that they responded to your calls over the phone. Please do provide the telephone number on which they attend the calls.

I, no 14367666a l/nk hari narayan mahto got pli policy no aps-821594l, which was matured on 05 jun 2018. I have submitted the original policy and documents to pli section on 11 jun 2018 vide receipt no [protected] and scanned on 19 jun 2018 but till date amount have not yet been transferred so far. Request instruct dealing staff to do the needful.

There is no meaning in putting complaints in this website. The site to file grievance in these cases is www.pgportal.gov.in. Fill the form correctly for creation o[censored]ser id and select Ex-Servicemen welfare as the concerned department when you fill the grievance. Your problem will definitely be solved. Officers of the level of Joint Secretary and their subordinates are the concerned officers who directly deal with grievance posted on that site.You must provide your contact numbers as part of the grievance in case they want to talk to you elaborately regarding your issue . Inform in your grievance that APS PLI CELL is the concerned department and wait for a week or so. Your problem will be solved forever.

I was not able to pay my APS PLI premium after retirement and it was not transferred to civil postal department . So i had filed complaint on pgportal. I was provided option of paying premium online from Dec 2017 onwards by the intervention of officers at pgportal.The online payment facility also has been stopped from June 2018 onwards. So i have filed grievance again on pgportal. I am sure that my problem will be solved.

The thing is that we have to approach the right authority for proper resolution of our issues.
