Today I got a call from Vedurukuppam Kuppam AE who asked me to share all the documents about A/C to check the power consumption history. I have provided all the power consumption information documents such A/C purchase document, input power consumption document, and if I entire year how much power consumption the AC is provided by the A/C company (Manyfacture) everything I have submitted.
They clearly understand that the mistake is from their side, but you cannot able to help us because the amount has been entered into the system. It is not possible to revise the amount he said like that
He forcefully and unfairly informed me using unparliamentary words should pay the amount even if their side was mistake, but that is not possible to rectify.
Here, the strange thing is why it is not possible to revise. The mistake is from their side because by mistakenly, entered the wrong consumption information.
Note: Actual Using 980 watts power consumption A/C
Note: Wrongly mistakenly APSPDCL Department cased filled 1500 Watts
Upon a discussion with AE Chavatagunta, he said you can go Consumer court and do whatever you can but ultimately you can't do anything such as un-politically inform us
The department AE said that we can disconnect our home power connection
I have requested. Please don't do that. However, he is not accepting my words simultaneously. I have applied for another meter also but he's not caring for us.
I have provided all the proofs, but he said that it is not possible to revise the amount from the department. Once he entered into the system he said this
Dear Consumer team, kindly please help on this case so I can produce all my pieces of evidence in front of the court. Kindly please provide me the chance to submit my proofs.
Whatever the A/C I have been using that entire year if continuously not- stop if I use the power 758 units consumed according to the company claim
The department is fined units is 2184 units, it is unfairly case filed. My request is not accepting
Note: we purchased A/C is just 3 months before the case filed.
I have applied new power connection and Paid 4000 rupees but even that has also not been given to us denied it to give and the new meter AEE Chavatagunta said Once you pay the full, pending unfair amount, then only they can provide the new meeter unfairly they are talking to us like a rowdy's
I don't understand why they mistakenly case filled in incorrect consumption and said that not possible to revise it ?. This is strange for the entire APSPDCL department.
To be honest apspdcl department is observatory looting to the innocent people
