Apspdcl — transformer knife switch damage - power up and down problems

We are the resident of the 2nd lane from north, opp. Big mosque, near water tank, gandhi nagar, vedayapalem, nellore -4. Transformer no. Gn17 a1/b1. As we noticed that knife switch is damaged. Due to this, we are facing power voltage up and downs repeatedly. These current up and downs may lead to damage our electrical appliance. Kindly solve the problem as soon as possible.
