THIS IS PRADEEP KUMAR. I HAVE TRAVELLED FROM GIDDALUR TO HYDERABAD ON 16.03.2015 IN A SUPER LUXURY BUS SERVICE NO. OF THE BUS IS 5963 AND BUS NO. IS AP28 Z 5392. THEY ARE CHARGING HIGH AMOUNT FOR THE TICKET WITHOUT PROVIDING MINIMUM FACILITIES IN THE BUS. WINDOWS ARE NOT CLOSED PROPERLY, EVEN IF WE CLOSE THE WINDOW, IT GETS OPENED WITHIN 5 TO 10 MIN. WE HAVE SUFFERED A LOT WITH COLD AIR COMING IN FROM THE WINDOWS AND WE COULD NOT SLEEP FOR WHOLE NIGHT FOR THE SOUND COMING FROM THE WINDOWS AND THE BUS AS IT IS VERY OLD. THERE IS NO TV PROVIDED FOR THE PASSENGERS, BELIEVE IT OR NOT, AN ORDINARY PALLE VELUGU BUS HAS OVER TAKEN THE SO CALLED SUPER LUXURY BUS BUT THE BUS FARE IS ALMOST Rs.375. HOW CAN YOU CHARGE MORE FARE WHEN YOU COULD PROVIDE MINIMUM FACILITIES IN THE BUS. EVEN PUSH BACK IS NOT WORKING IN SOME OF THE SEATS. I DEMAND REFUND OF AMOUNT FOR NOT PROVIDING MINIMUM FACILITIES IN THE BUS
