Aptech — Fee paid but did not receive certificate

I have done my course from aptech aviation at b.nreddy . They promised me that they will provide placement so I paid 90% of amount . I didn't get any placement and certificate they left branch from b.n.reddy Hyderabad Aptech Aviation & Hospitality Academy. 2017 to 2018 still they are not responding and they are saying me to pay full amount with out placement I cannot pay full amount to this aptech . Please help me to get certificate or money back .
