Aptech — lakme institute lajpat nagar for the refund of fees

I deposited the fees with lakme institute lajpatnagar for the makeup advanced course but due to my familyproblems and financial problems i am unable to do this course but when i am asking them to refund the fees they are not cooperating and giving me an unusual reply that we do not have such policy of refund of the fees. I have not signed any policy like this and even they have not told me about this policy at the time of enrollment.

This is suddenly very hard to hear such kind of response from such a reputed brand and i am fighting for the justice.

Request you pls help me out as it is not possible for me to continue with this at all.
