[Resolved] Aqua Guard — Pathetic service | |||
I had complained to the chennai helpline on 10th June 2014 regarding the faulty tap of my Enhance RO + UV, acknowledged vide complaint no. 76702375. No action was forthcoming inspite of repeated calls to them. The matter was esclated again on 23rd June acknowledged again vide no. 76892993. I have been calling them every day, but till date no technician has turned up to rectify the fault. The machine is just a year old and I also renewed my AMC by paying a huge sum. I request aquaguard to take back the purifier and refund the cost and AMC charges paid and be done with it once and for all. If they cannot service a product, why have a helpline and waste our time and money. The only standard response they give is that service person will come and do the service. But truly they are only doing a disservice to all those customers who buy aquaguard products. It is time the company wakes up and understands what customer service really means.
