I express my utter disappointment due to unprofessional attitude from your side.

1. I am surprised that you claimed to be M/s Eureka Forbes over phone when you spoke to me over phone early last week.

2. Based of your claim (which was false), I agreed to get Infinity water filter serviced.

3. A technician, who apparently lacks training, arrives on Sunday (today, ie. 05.02.2017), replaces both filter candles with some third party candles (not Eureka Forbes make). The new pack does not have a MRP printed on them. They are cheap quality by their build compared to original ones. Claims a bill of Rs. 2300/- (350/- for service, and 1950/- for candles). Damages the filter unit. Says he cannot provide a written bill. The technician does not have an ID proof. An SMS is sent from MM-IONEXA as bill.

4. I call up the sales executive who arranged for service after installation, only to find that they pick my call after several attempts (obviously so, they intend to avoid my call). And when some one did speak, it turned out that it was my mistake that I considered M/s Ion as Dr Aquaguard!

When I surveyed the Internet for online prices of candles for Infinity model, they are quoted at much lower price compared to what I paid for.

In summary, it appears that M/s Ion are just cheating unsuspecting customers by falsely claiming that they are M/s Eureka Forbes, and providing very unprofessional service at a high price.

You are considered a valued service provider, at least I thought so. But it is obvious that you have shared contact details of your customers to companies like M/s Ion (who just cheat in your name) or else how would they contact me for servicing Aquaguard Infinity, how would they know that I have the model installed!.

Even if they are your authorized partners in service, you are not bothered to check them on quality and honesty of service they provide.

Just wanted to bring to your notice. If you bother to check on this, I would consider it fair. If not, so be it. I will not be using any Eureka Forbes product in future.

Same thing happened with me so I took call recorded & other necessary documents & launched a complaint against them.

Same case. Inefficient. Main culprit eureka forbes which have outsourced servicing of their products. Irresponsible people . No service after sales. They want amc money thats all

both eureka forbes and ionexacense companies are revealing their fraud minds. two years amc taken. Local representatives are also careless. they want money thats all. beware of these two companies. It is better to buy products from other companies. But before buying please take all precautions about after sale service etc. this is my sincere suggestion. EUREKA FORBES HAVE LOST THEIR INTEGRITY. BECAUSE MY EMAILS ARE NOT RESPONDED AND MY WATER PURIFER NOT REPAIRED SINCE 14TH DECEMBER 2016.

I visited to office of ion exacense pvt ltd jayanagar bengaluru; one manager assured to rectify the problem; but no use. They have taken two years amc of rs 8525/- from me towards maintenance of acquaguard geneus water purifier on 8th dec 2016. Eventoday the purifier is not working. They are incompetent to repair but take amc amount. I first given missed call through eureka forbes website to [protected] as per instructions on the website. This ion exacense pvt ltd technician came, took the amc amount. Now they are telling that they will rectify the problem. Eureka forbes people say ; they are not connected with this company and it is customer fault in allowing the technician of ion exacense pvt ltd. Both companies are playing games with customers useless .

They are doing service of eureka forbes acquaguard waterpurifier without any authority; eureka forbes tells we are not responsible for any service from ion exacense pvt ltd. But service request is routed through eureka forbes website only. This is very strange. It seems they have hand in glove with ion exacense pvt ltd. Please do not believe words of ion exacense pvt ltd officials any more. If you rely upon them; it will be purely at your risk and responsibility. You will loose the money. Thats all.

Hi I am Anitha From KR Puram i was feed Up With Eureka Fobs Services And The aqua guard Machine from past 6 months it was not working i raised complaint in Eureka fobs From 3 Months No One Bothered To Visit, But Some how i Got Aqua Care Number From My Neighbor They took 24 Hrs But Solved The Problem in 6 hrs, And They Guided Me regarding The Maintenance Also, I am Very happy with The Service Of Aqua Care Insurance jayanagar

Ion Exacense Pvt. Ltd, Jayanagar, Bangalore is cheating people by calling as customers as Aqua guard service and sending technician home, replaced the water purifier candles with third party candles and not genuine aquaguard candles and offered 3 year maintence insurance for Rs 5175/- (client id 18692, Receipt no: 5753 on March 22, 2017). When I checked for the company details on internet, it shows so many cheating cases. Hence checked for wrapper of the replaced candles, he is removed the price tag from it and is not a genuine aquaguard product. So called them up told that I am not happy with their service and would want to continue with 3 year maintenance insurance scheme and want my money to be refunded minus the installation of candles charges which is said to be 2300/-.Please help me in getting my amount refunded as I dont want such cheating pathetic service from Ion Exacense.

I agree 100% to the feedback given above. This is a fraud company and I got tricked into taking their AMC service. My original AMC was with Eureka Forbes and it was due for renewal in Aug 2016. These people called me around the same time and since they had a similar name Aquacare we did not give it much thought and took up the AMC. By the time we realised it was a different company it was too late. The problems with my water purifier started within 3 months of taking their service. The water pump got damaged and it had to be replaced. The RO purifier they use is not Aquaguard original its a substandard product and the taste of water started to differ. In 6 months I had to call them 5 - 6 times everytime for a different issue. Finally after 6 months I realized it was a waste of my time and energy trying to deal with them and took up a new AMC with Eureka Forbes.

Please don't fall into their trap !!!

These cheats have a new company Aquacare (Ion Exacense Pvt. Ltd, Jayanagar, Bangalore ).
Don't know if these people are born cheats or if they are family of cheats.
These are new Dandupalya gang with professional touch.Police complaints of no use.
The technician even tried to rob mobiles from our home and was collecting personal information from unsuspecting family members.

They pose as Eureka forbes Aquagaurd technicians and enter homes. They have all the customer details from Aquaguard technicians/call center. They fix duplicate filters into our machines and overcharge in the range of 5000Rs - 10000Rs. Few people fell sick after drinking the purified water with the duplicate filters.

Never buy AMC from this company Aquacare its a fraud company.

Very recently I had service done for my Aquaguard classic water purifier brought from Eureka Forbes in Sept 2016. The person who called to depute service engineer claimed to be calling from Eureka forbes and reminded the service is due and we believed that the call is from eureka forbes and fixed the service.

Mr. Avinash - [protected], service executive visited our premises and attended the water purifier service and has replaced the candle stating it is damaged and expired. He charged Rs. 1600( 300 for service, 1300 for candle) and claims he is from aquaguard. He has issued a service receipt in the name of ION EXACENSE PVT LTD (AQUACARE). Image of the receipt is attached. Within 2 hours of his service the water purifier started leakage and after we called Mr. Avinash for rectification he said he will attend and later on no response till date even after hundreds of calls.

This is very bad remark on Eureka Forbes losing customer trust and sharing customer details with 3rd party.
If i dont receive receive proper response within next 2-3 days time, I'm sure going to file a case against ION EXACENSE PVT LTD (AQUACARE), Mr. Avinash and Eureka forbes as well for sharing customer details.

I it seems am the latest on the bandwagon of victims. I have just come to know that Eureka Forbes is not honouring AMCs done by Ion Exacense. It is a shame that educated people like is have been cheated and are keeping quiet about it. I think we should unite and take Eureka Forbes to task.

Hi, Its is shame that this company has been cheating so many people. I had contacted Eureka Forbes for the yearly maintenance. This company contacted me telling me that they are from Eureka Forbes and asked to buy AMC for 2 years. I paid 8200 for the same and bought the same on March 10. I have the credit Card transaction details as receipt for the same. The service person told me he would give the bill the next day as it was quite late in the evening. I agreed. The guy never returned. I never got a call for the regular AMC again. On calling up Eureka Forbes, they informed me that this company is not an authorised dealer for them and they cannot do anything on the money collected. I have used their toll free number and requested for the service. I'm not even sure if I will hear from them again.

I received a call for regular service of my aquaguard from this company ION EXACENSE PVT LTD. and their technician came to our house on 1st of December 2018 to service our Aquagaurd.
Post inspection he said the filters has to be replaced. After replacing the filter he said a free 2 year service(quarterly) with yearly filter replacement can be availed by paying 8500 Rs. We took his advice and complied.
Post this service, the filter is continuously leaking water from the outlet pipe.

The company ION EXACENSE is not responding properly now and are not sending their technician even after multiple calls. Later, I went online to check there are multiple complaints on this company, all claiming to be cheated by them.

I have raised a Complaint in National Consumer Helpline with complaint no - 1044154.

Yes I agree with Ganesh and all the suffered customers as I am the one too. ION EXACENSE IS ONE OF THE FRAUD COMPANY. Please be aware that they simply take AMC and make you fool as mentioned above. Their service numbers are just fake and they take call just for sake.
They hang you on the name of services and never acknowledge and respond.

Really really really disappointed and now thinking why I have put my money and time here rather contacting Eureka

Yes, it is a fraud company we should file a case against this company and equally responsible Eureka forbes aslo how can they share the details.

Even I have paid Rs.8539 for 2 years AMC, every time I should call/follow up for service no body bothered. Really disappointed. be present in front of them while service as they try exchange the parts and insist to replace.
