Aquazpure — defective ro water purifier and pathetic service

We bought a ro water purifier from this company on 25th through their website after talking to yatin madaiyar and he assured to deliver it within a week to bangalore. We paid around 5000rs for the same. After following up multiple times, the water purifier got delivered on apr 7th and installed on april 8th. It started leaking from the first day and somehow the leakage stopped of its own. On 23rd april the water purifier stopped working and we gave a complaint immediately. We were told that there will be a service charge of 350rs applicable for any technician visit. Although we agreed to pay 350rs, the technician is not ready to come and repair/replace it. Even the person from whom we bought the water purifier is not responding to calls. As water is a basic necessity, we are facing a lot of inconvenience and trouble after buying the product. These fraud companies should be shut down.
