I tried to contect the customer service earlier but havent heard from them at all my shipment has been put on hold for some reason i dont know what. I received a text msg a link to fill out"know your customer" document but the link was expired so i could not fil it out and i went on your website to find it but could not. How and what i am suppose to do in order to receive my shipment. Please revert asap [protected]
