Aramex Couriers — Aramex staff do not want to understand customer's genuine submission. Delivery address given only to receive parcel.

My consignment No[protected] is held up for no reason.
My KYC is given for the proof of my residence.
I had requested supplier to send parcel at my delivery address at my work place ( Office ) just to receive parcel. Hence I had given my office IDENTITY CARD to Aramex .
Additionally pan card and light bill is also given.

On top of it I have given my individual Adhar card where in my residential address is there.
Still one sided telephonic message is receiving with a message that it can not be cleared from customs due to Consignee name does not match with provided KYC.
