Aramex Couriers — aramex tracking #[protected]

I have buy product from alibaba, with my wide name sonam sharma.

Shipper has been shipped through aramex and shipment was moved from china 20 december for jaipur india. Now almost 1.5 month completed.

No specified answer given by aramex. Where is the my shipment the never told my right answer. Whenever i called aramex customer service said to me your shipment is under process give us 24 hours for latest update. And next day when i call again said same words again.

Even when i go to aramex website for check tracking update, there is no update coming after 23 december.

My question is?

Why we choose private shipping with high shipping cost - because we want our product at door easily and conveniently, timely.

But aramex service is the worst service in the all shipping service providers

Aramex give me right status about my shipment.
