Aramex Couriers — courier lost/did not receive | |||
I contacted the customer service severaltimes but havent heard a valid reason from them at all. My shipment has been put on hold for some reason i dont know what. I received a text msg with a link to know your customer document and i did link my kyc details, but my seller asked to fill kyc details again but the link was expired and i tried several times but could not. How and what am i suppose to do in order to receive my shipment. Please revert asap. It has been two months since the package has been held in customs hub bangalore. I even made compliants in aramex website but still there is no response. Was this information helpful? | |||
