[Resolved] Aramex Couriers — delay in delivery | |||||
My SBI Card via Ref. #[protected] will be attempted today via Aramex. Yesterday I have received sms it is out of delivery. But no one has contacted me on mobile number not came to the given residential address which is 24/7 available. But today I have contacted customer care number also. Now I have received SMS like (Your SBI Card attempted via ARAMEX Ref. #[protected] is undelivered due to incorrect/incomplete address. Status can be tracked through www.aramex.com or call @ 33003300.) Also there is not positive response from Aramex Customer Support by Email. Mr. Dewanand Singh reply me on mail, Dear Mr. Sharma, Thank you for contacting us. We would like to inform you that your shipment is out for delivery with an Aramex driver and you'll be contacted with more information at the earliest time possible.
