Aramex Couriers — delivery not made for shipment no [protected] | |||
Aramex has not delivered my product though when I track my shipment, I am told they attempt delivery, but they have never reached my location neither do they contact me for the delivery. This has been happening since 2nd Aug. I have tried to make complaints with the carrier ( Aramex India- Gurgaon) but they tend to give vague replies and i am clueless as to where my shipment is in reality and why is it not getting delivered at all. I have raised three complaints with the carrier provider but have only received vague replies as to the location of shipment or why it was not delivered to me. Till 19.09.19 @ 04:17pm delivery team didn't call the receiver almost 48hrs gone.
