[Resolved] Aramex Couriers — Harassment & non delivery of goods | |||||
I have got my shipment awb:[protected] Arrived last week at delhi airport for clearance. One of the import executive mr. pyaremohan das Ph:[protected] called for necessary documents which were provided to him instantly i. e Commercial invoice, internet price list, catalogue of product. Despite several calls and mails he is not reverting to the status of the shipment and the customs is levying a hefty demmurage charge on my consignment daily. Also after many mails he always asks to confirm my awb which is just unnecessarily harassment of client on his part. I hope you to take up this issue and resolve it to the best of your capability as i am experiencing abuse (monetary & mentally) in this case.
