Aramex Couriers — over charged custom duty | |||
On of my parcel for an order from ali express had been shipped using a different shipping method. Later it was shouldered by aramex in india. It was jsut a action figure worth $72.35, for which aramex had hold the shipment for value proof. Later post providing value proof, have received a invoice from aramex of ₹2344 as a payable custom duty which i strongly believe is incorrect or false. Looking into so many complaints now am worried about my parcel and if i would be required to pay that amount to aramex. Could anyone please help me, my tracking # [protected]. Regards, Devdeep a. I have done my KYC 20 days before for customs clearance but I still can't track where my package is and I have also contacted customer care service and mailed them but no reply from customer care. I don't know what's wrong with my Aramex Courier Service.
