Aramex Couriers — Parcel not being delivered and not getting through to the call centre

I ordered a parcel from Shein on 26.06.2021. My parcel was supposed to arrive between 15.07.2021 / 20.06.21. I still have not received ANYTHING even though I have paid my customs fee. I cannot get any information from Aramex or customs as to why my parcel has not even been sent out. This is absolute and utter crap and the customer service of Aramex is completely up to [censored]. I will never ever send anything with Aramex again, this is absolutely ridiculous!

I have ordered from shein on the 11September my package was supposed to be delivered on the 29 September to the 04 September but still today its the 14 September i still did not received it i just want my package
