Aramex Couriers — poor delivery service

My Visa and passport was couriered on 19/9/2018 from VFS Delhi office and they tagged it under urgent shipment as my travel date to Copenhagen was on 21/9/2018 9:55 am. I am in continuously touch with their call centre, branch office etc, but no one was able to give correct information. Their website since today morning was showing in in transit from Delhi to Chennai. Does it take a whole day and night to get an update on a shipment from Delhi to Chennai? Also there is no proper update from call centre on whereabouts of the shipment. Due this now I have to reschedule the flight and flight company will not refund a single penny to me as it is last moment cancelation. I am also travelling with my son and now I have to get a new ticket on Saturday to travel for both of us which will cost Rs 50000/-.
I want a refund of both our ticket (50, 000 Rs) from Aramex as they are not fast enough in handling such sensitive documents. Also their website is not giving updated information. I have gone thru a higher mental stress today and I have to change my travel plans due to this which is additional finance as well as mental stress for me.
Tracking number is Aramex courier and tracking no: [protected] I have attached the remark which is still showing in the website. Also if my refund is not made I will escalate this case to VFS and will seek for clarification on the service level agreements and what basis they have appointed Aramex as their service provider.
