Aramex Couriers — poor service unresponsive | |||||
I am tracking my shipping since last three days, the delivery person never called me once, when i reach the customer care no. The executive informs me that i would get a call soon and the order will be delivered shortly and by 6 pm the status for the tracking order becomes customer not available but no one calls for delivery, this is going in a loop since last three i really upset, this item is very important for me and i am delayed, all i request them is to provide me the phone no of the delivery person or ask him to call me up but unfortunately i get no response, i called many times the customer care but they take me through a loop everyday... My order tracking id is [protected], i kindly request you to please ask someone to contact me for the delivery in [protected]... I am really having a very bad experience with amarex, i hope that you will look forward to this put me out if this misery...
