Aramex Couriers — regarding kyc documents and no reply by aramex to my emails. | |||
I was expecting gift from friend for upcoming marriage of my cousin, it included traditional punjabi footwear called "jutti" or "khussa". The parcel was shipped using aramex. Whenever i track the shipment it shows : pending kyc documents, Despite repeated attempts no contact had been maintained by aramex with me and also no reply had been made to the complaints and emails. No contact number mentioned at the website is working. Only one number was working which was not attended properly. Where to submit the kyc documents (Mailing address)? And also how long is it gonna take for my parcel to arrive as the marriage is nearing in!!! Was this information helpful? | |||

On[protected] cilent no [protected] . Saree is not proper i want to return this product because i have order something else nd i recived something else saree so i want to returned this saree . the quality of is also very bad so plz kindly returned this product. i want refund of my order .
