Aramex Couriers — shipment on hold for more than 2 months

This is regarding our shipment with awb [protected] which is coming from china to india

It has been on hold for more than two months and the status has not been updated since then. We have requesting and mailing about updates but no response

Atleast update the status if lost so that we can claim on the same

Please help us regarding that
