Aramex Couriers — Snapdeal product

I was supposed to get a consignment yesterday around 3pm. Because i got a call from this courier service. He said he will come around evening. But after 8:00m when i call back on that number. Another guy has picked up ans said today its not possible. Courier guy will reach early in the morning today still 12:30pm. I still waiting for that product. And that no still not reachable...
