Aramex Couriers — stuck in custom clearance for 4+ months | |||||
One of my consignment awb ([protected]) is stuck in mumbai custom clearance for 4 months. I don't know how aarmex has goofed up, they are unable to clear /file for customs clearance for about more months (Will be 5 months soon). It is so unfortunate after writing 40+ mails to various authorities in aramex there is no update till now. It appears mumbai aramex team has not able to cope up, i never faced any issues with bangalore team. Was this information helpful? | |||||
